Job description :

• Responsible for controlling live streaming processes, managing live streaming rooms, etc. Responsible for the overall content planning and execution of various live streaming projects of the company, improving the live streaming effect and conversion rate to achieve product sales goals.
• Responsible for developing specific live streaming content plans and continuously exploring and packaging valuable high-quality content to organize and plan hot topics to enhance overall content quality.
• Responsible for internal communication and coordination within the department, responsible for live streaming activity content planning (product matching, script formulation, data analysis, content optimization), live streaming preparation, live streaming process control, follow-up after the live streaming, and promoting orderly live streaming.
• Responsible for supervising and controlling various operational details based on live streaming traffic, fan feedback, etc., adjusting live streaming fan attraction strategies in a timely manner, ensuring the continuous achievement of project operation goals, and improving fan stickiness.
• Responsible for live streaming activity marketing planning (including daily, Double 11, Double 12, and other major promotional live streaming activities), and developing live streaming attraction targets and corresponding operational plans for each period.
• Responsible for following up on various problems that arise during the live streaming, providing feedback and reasonable solutions.
• Responsible for tracking and analyzing live streaming data and summarizing and refining it, providing live streaming suggestions and optimization strategies in data analysis reports, optimizing live streaming effects in a timely manner, and improving user volume, activity, fan stickiness, and live streaming conversion rates.
• Responsible for building, recruiting, managing, training, and evaluating the live streaming operation team, improving business processes, and establishing various departmental rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Education Level : Bachelor's degree or above.
• Work Experience : Candidates with 1-3 years or more of practical experience in the same industry of e-commerce live streaming will be given priority. Candidates with experience in content operations on on live video will also be preferred.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong adaptability and learning ability, able to deal with unexpected situations during the live broadcast
• Willing to work as a Freelancer with WFO working type
• Good planning ability and marketing promotion ability
