Avarik Saga is currently hiring a Social Media Strategist to join the team. We are the creative force behind Adelaide, an enchanting and sassy virtual YouTuber from the mesmerizing world of Avarik. We are driven by a passion for crafting compelling narratives and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in virtual entertainment.

We're seeking a gifted and data-driven Social Media Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our strategy, your main playground will be YouTube, where Adelaide's magical journey primarily unfolds. Additionally, you will be working on other digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter to maximize Adelaide's enchanting influence.

This is also an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamic world of blockchain, crypto, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and gaming with one of Indonesia’s most successful blockchain companies. 

Avarik Saga sold out their NFT collection in 1 hour in September 2021 for US$3M+, and is one of four Southeast Asia projects who can lay claim to this achievement. Avarik Saga is also supported by many good global investors and partners, including East Ventures, Infinity Ventures, **********, YGG, TokoCrypto, among *********** will be a full-time role, and is open to candidates based in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the analysis and interpretation of Adelaide's YouTube metrics, identifying trends, successes, and areas of improvement.
• Seamlessly extend your analytical focus to other social platforms - TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, drawing insights and suggesting data-driven strategies.
• Collaboratively work with the content creation team, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct and analyze A/B testing for content and ad campaigns.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media features, trends, and best practices, and propose innovative strategies for implementation.
• Guide team members in their social media activities based on your research and insights.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team & Manager in crafting effective ad campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media analyst, content creator, or a similar role, preferably focusing on YouTube.
• Proficiency in data analysis, particularly related to user behavior and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and social media ads best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive criticism.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Recommended Skills

• High proficiency with Youtube Studio.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with image and video editing software.
• Experience in managing cross-platform social media strategies.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and trends.
