DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Jobdesk:

• Conduct daily product introductions and demonstrate it on Tiktok live
• Explain product unique selling points, activate the live room atmosphere, interact with followers and customers, guide followers to buy the recommended products, and turn it into sales
• Responsible in gaining and retaining the traffic/viewers /sales during the live broadcast
• Responsible in converting the traffic into buyers and followers
• Responsible in increasing the live broadcast engagement rate
• Responsible in making daily live preheat videos
• Analyze real time liveroom data
• Create daily report (live research, short video and so on)

Requirements:

• Maximum aged 27 years old, have professional appearances and well-groomed
• Minimum education level: High School Diploma
• Have live broadcast experiences would be preferred, newcomers are also welcome
• Possess good logical thinking and public speaking skills
• Have high self-confidence, patience, enthusiastic and cheerful personality
• Could speak fast while still pronouncing every each words clearly
• Maintain the normal order of the live broadcast channel, activate the atmosphere of the channel, and patiently answer questions from the audience in the live broadcast room
• Have great sense of teamwork and could work well in a team
• Have a strong learning ability, can quickly grasp the selling points of product styles, and communicate with fans in a timely manner
• Willing to work 6 (six) days a week and shifting work
• Willing to do overtime if needed
• Will be located at Sedayu City (near with Kelapa Gading)
